Alex is a self proclaimed “Pots and Pans” guy and proud owner of Rush’s Kitchen. Alex Constantino’s love of cooking began in 1986, with his involvement in his family’s kitchen supply store. Rush’s Kitchen in Idaho Falls, Idaho is his family business established in June of 1988, that Alex took over in 1995. Around this time, Alex met Chef Keith Darling, who taught him everything he knew about the basics of culinary arts.
