Alex is a self proclaimed “Pots and Pans” guy and proud owner of Rush’s Kitchen. Alex Constantino’s love of cooking began in 1986, with his involvement in his family’s kitchen supply store. Rush’s Kitchen in Idaho Falls, Idaho is his family business established in June of 1988, that Alex took over in 1995. Around this time, Alex met Chef Keith Darling, who taught him everything he knew about the basics of culinary arts. Chef Darling and Alex shortly thereafter joined up to teach cooking classes together starting in 2000. Alex has been teaching these cooking classes solo since 2010. For the past 17 years, Alex has transformed the cooking class program into a more hands on experience, attracting hundreds of students throughout the years.
